Central Asia has become a destination that travellers ask for by name. For tour operators, that means adding programs for countries where local knowledge makes a big difference: train tickets that sell out, borders that change status, hotels in historic centres with limited rooms, and seasons that differ sharply between deserts and mountains. A reliable local partner handles these details so your team can focus on selling.

What we handle

As a destination management company in Tashkent, we arrange and coordinate the services your clients need on the ground:

  • Accommodation: city hotels, boutique hotels in old towns, guesthouses, yurt camps and mountain lodges.
  • Guides: licensed guides in English and other languages on request, including specialists for architecture, history, crafts and trekking.
  • Transport: private cars, minivans and coaches with professional drivers, airport transfers.
  • Rail and domestic flights: train tickets booked as soon as sales open, domestic flight options checked for your dates.
  • Sightseeing: entrance fees, special openings where possible, and timing around the best light and crowds.
  • Meals and experiences: restaurants, home dinners, plov workshops, craft workshops, folklore evenings.
  • Multi-country logistics: border crossings, driver handovers and visa support documents where applicable.

Destinations

Uzbekistan is our home market: Tashkent, Samarkand, Bukhara, Khiva, Shakhrisabz, the Fergana Valley and Karakalpakstan. We also operate programs in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan, including combined routes such as our Central Asia Grand itinerary.

Who we work with

  • Tour operators adding Central Asia to their portfolio.
  • Travel agencies with clients asking for tailor-made trips.
  • Specialist operators: culture, crafts, photography, trekking, food.
  • Event and incentive agencies; see incentive travel in Uzbekistan.
  • Agencies organising group departures; see group tours for travel agencies.

How cooperation works

1. Request

Send us an enquiry with:

  • your company name and website;
  • your source market and the language your clients speak;
  • the type of travellers: FIT, private group, series, special interest, incentive;
  • approximate dates, number of travellers and duration;
  • program requirements: destinations, hotel category, guide language, meals, must-see sites, budget level if you have one.

2. Brief

We review the request and come back with questions where details matter: room configuration, dietary needs, mobility, preferred pace, flight arrival and departure times.

3. Program and quote

We prepare a day-by-day program with suggested hotels and services and a quote based on current supplier rates for your dates. If something in the requested route will not work well, such as a sold-out train window or a seasonal road closure, we say so and offer alternatives.

4. Confirmation

Once you confirm, we book the services, send confirmations and the documents your clients need, and stay in contact until departure for any changes. During the trip, our team in Tashkent coordinates guides, drivers and hotels and is available for your operations staff.

The full process is described in how we build a tailor-made program.

What we ask from partners

Clear information early makes everything faster: final names and passport details by the agreed deadline, accurate flight information, and any special requirements known at booking. Commercial terms, payment schedules and cancellation conditions are agreed individually with each partner and set out in the quote or agreement.

Why work with a local team

  • Direct knowledge of hotels, guides and routes.
  • One point of contact for your team from request to the end of the trip.
  • Realistic programs, built around trains, seasons and borders.
  • Local problem-solving if plans change during the trip.

Start with a request

Tell us about your company, your market and the program you have in mind. Send a request, and we will prepare a program and quote for your clients.

FAQ

What does a DMC do in Central Asia?

A DMC handles everything on the ground: hotels, guides, transport, trains, domestic flights, entrance fees, meals and special experiences. You sell the trip under your brand; we deliver it locally.

Which countries do you cover?

Uzbekistan is our home market, and we build programs across Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan, including multi-country routes with land border crossings.

How do I request a quote?

Send us your company details, source market, group type and size, dates and program requirements. We reply with questions if anything is unclear, then send a program and quote.
