travel guide
Every trip we run starts as a conversation, not a catalogue. Here is how a request becomes a day-by-day program and a confirmed trip, for private travellers and for travel agencies.

highlights
Our tours on the site are examples, not fixed products. Each one can be shortened, extended, combined with another country or rebuilt entirely. That is what tailor-made means in practice: the program follows your dates, your pace and your interests, and it is planned with local conditions in mind.
A request can be short. To give us a good start, include:
Travel agencies and tour operators should also include company name and website, source market, client language, group type (FIT, private group, series, incentive) and specific program requirements. See DMC services for tour operators.
We read the request and come back with questions where they matter. Typical topics:
This is also where we flag constraints. If high-speed trains are likely to sell out, if a mountain road will still be closed in early June, or if a border crossing is unreliable, we say so now and propose alternatives.
We prepare a day-by-day program with:
The quote is based on current rates for your dates and the services listed. We do not publish fixed prices, because the cost depends on season, group size, hotel choice and the services you want. Most clients ask for one or two rounds of changes, which is normal. Our Silk Road itinerary and five-country itinerary show typical routes we start from.
When you confirm, we book hotels, transport, guides, train tickets and experiences, and send you confirmation of the arrangements. We collect passport details for train tickets and registration, and share practical information: what to pack, how to pay, entry requirements to check. Payment and cancellation terms are stated in the quote and agreed before booking.
For travel agencies, we agree deadlines for final numbers, rooming lists and passport details, and send documents in the format your team needs.
Your guide and driver meet you on arrival. Our team in Tashkent stays in contact with them throughout, adjusting timing if a train is delayed, weather changes plans or you decide to spend an extra hour somewhere. You have a contact to reach if anything comes up.
Tell us about your trip, as briefly or in as much detail as you like. Send a request, and we will build a program and quote for you.

It depends on the complexity of the route and how complete the request is. Simple programs are prepared quickly; multi-country trips with border crossings and special experiences take longer.
Yes. Most programs go through one or two rounds of adjustments before confirmation. Changes after confirmation are possible but depend on availability and supplier conditions.
We specialise in tailor-made trips for individuals, families, private groups and agency groups. Each program is built for that specific client.
Dates or a date range, number of travellers, the countries or places you want to see, your interests and the level of comfort you prefer. Travel agencies should add company and market details.

Global Destination is a destination management company based in Tashkent. We handle ground arrangements in Uzbekistan and across Central Asia for tour operators and travel agencies, from a single FIT booking to series departures.

We plan and operate group programs in Uzbekistan and Central Asia for travel agencies: private groups, clubs, associations and series departures, adapted to your clients and your market.

Tashkent, Samarkand, Bukhara and Khiva form the classic Silk Road loop. Here is how to order the cities, how many nights each one needs and what to add when you have more time.

Visiting all five Central Asian countries in one journey is possible, but the route has to follow borders, seasons and visa logic rather than the map alone. This guide explains how we approach it.
The essential Silk Road route: Tashkent, Samarkand, Bukhara and Khiva, connected by high-speed train. A good first trip to the region.
