We plan and operate group programs in Uzbekistan and Central Asia for travel agencies: private groups, clubs, associations and series departures, adapted to your clients and your market.

highlights
Group travel to Central Asia works very well: the main Silk Road cities are compact, the train corridor between Tashkent, Samarkand and Bukhara is efficient, and local hospitality shines with groups at shared meals and workshops. It also has specific challenges that a local partner should manage: limited hotel inventory in historic centres, train seats that sell out, long desert drives and seasonal heat.
A good group program balances sightseeing with rest and avoids too many hotel changes. In Uzbekistan, the classic group route follows Tashkent, Samarkand, Bukhara and Khiva; our Classic Uzbekistan tour is a starting point that can be adjusted. Multi-country programs add Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan or Tajikistan, with border crossings planned around group logistics.
We match vehicles to group size: minivans, midibuses or full-size coaches, with experienced drivers. For long legs, we compare train and road options. High-speed trains between Tashkent, Samarkand and Bukhara are often the best choice for groups, but seats are limited, so we request them as soon as sales open; see trains in Uzbekistan. Luggage handling at stations is part of the plan.
Group allocations are planned with attention to location, room types and meal arrangements. In Bukhara and Khiva, hotels close to the old town are popular and fill early in high season, so timing the request matters. For larger groups, we may suggest splitting between two nearby hotels or using a larger hotel slightly outside the historic centre, and we explain the trade-offs.
Each group has a licensed local guide, either one guide throughout or city guides in each destination, depending on language, group profile and route. Guides in languages other than English are arranged on request, subject to availability.
Group meals in local restaurants, a plov workshop, a home dinner for smaller groups, craft workshop visits and folklore performances. Dietary requirements are collected at the brief stage and passed to every venue.
Spring and autumn are high season, with the best weather and the greatest demand. Summer requires early starts and long midday breaks in the desert cities. Winter suits shorter city-focused programs. Our seasonal guides, listed below, give the month-by-month picture.

We then follow our standard process: brief, program and quote, confirmation. Details are on how we build a tailor-made program.
We secure hotel allocations, train seats and transport, and agree deadlines with you for final numbers, rooming lists and passport details. Commercial terms, payment schedules and cancellation conditions are agreed individually and stated in the quote or agreement. During the trip, our Tashkent team coordinates the group’s services and stays in touch with your operations staff.
Tell us about your agency, your market and the group you are planning. Send a request, and we will prepare a program and quote.

From small private groups to larger coach groups. The program, vehicles, hotels and guide arrangements are planned around the actual size and profile of the group.
Yes. For series, we fix a standard program and dates with you, then confirm each departure with final numbers and rooming lists by the agreed deadlines.
As early as possible, especially for April, May, September and October. Group hotel rooms in Bukhara and Khiva and train seats in high season are limited.
We provide local guides throughout the program. If your agency sends its own tour leader, we include them in the logistics and rooming.

Global Destination is a destination management company based in Tashkent. We handle ground arrangements in Uzbekistan and across Central Asia for tour operators and travel agencies, from a single FIT booking to series departures.

Every trip we run starts as a conversation, not a catalogue. Here is how a request becomes a day-by-day program and a confirmed trip, for private travellers and for travel agencies.
The essential Silk Road route: Tashkent, Samarkand, Bukhara and Khiva, connected by high-speed train. A good first trip to the region.

Rail is the easiest way to travel between Uzbekistan's Silk Road cities. Here is how the main services work, how to get tickets and what to expect on board.

April, May, September and October are the classic months for Uzbekistan, but every season has a case. Here is what each part of the year feels like in Samarkand, Bukhara, Khiva and the mountains.
